Snacking rules

No really - everyone loves a good snack.  I used to think a good snack was a candy bar or handful of m&m's - I always had that crazy sweet tooth that never seemed to go away, but amazingly after eating this high protein low carb stuff, I haven't had much of a craving at all for sweets (until I scour pinterest's food section and see all the sweets on there, then I'm done...) so this is a super easy, convenient and yummy snack that is good on the go or at home.






Celery & Peanut Butter


I use 3 celery sticks and about 2 tbsp of JIF Natural Peanut Butter



It's that simple.  And so good.

The past several weeks I've relied on this as a wonderful snack - it provides enough sweet with the peanut butter, and enough crunch with the celery to relinquish any craving I've got going on.  Plus we all know celery is negative calories and who doesn't love peanut butter!  (if you have an allergy to peanut butter...I'm sorry :(  try hummus??)  But it's easy for work, just pack a few sticks of celery in your lunch bag and I always had a container of peanut butter hanging out at work for those 3pm snack moods, so it's easy to dip and eat!
